My husband and a friend (we are all in our mid 60s) took the short rafting trip down the lower Animas. It was fantastic. Our guide (Brad) was personable and knowledgeable. We come to Durango often but had never taken a rafting trip. We will be doing it again in the future.

Be sure to check your confirmation email from Mild to Wild. It will have the meet point and time for your bus ride to Silverton. The email you get from the train only has your boarding passes for the train portion of your trip.

We had such an awesome experience on the Moab rafting trip. Bobby was excellent with tons of knowledge and funny jokes. He made sure we were always safe and having a good time.

The driver drove very well, gentle and safe. The guide was very good with courtesy and kind.
