Standard Rafts
15 foot self-bailing rafts. Be prepared to paddle, paddle paddle around rocks and logs and down chutes on this twisting waterway.

Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days: full refund minus $25 per person unrecoverable fees
- 59 – 21 days: full refund minus $50 per person unrecoverable fees notice
- 20 days – 48 hours: full credit towards any Mild to Wild trip within the next three years
Fees
In addition to the listed trip cost, we collect an additional 8% for River and Land Access Fees (ie. Forest Service, BLM, City, Private Land Use).
Itinerary
DAY 1 ITINERARY
Check in, sign release forms and get dressed for the river! Wetsuit and bootie rentals are highly recommended all season.
Shuttle to the river for your safety orientation and rafting instruction.
Hit the river!
Enjoy the continuous Class II splashes of the fast flowing San Miguel River.
Challenge the Class III rapids of “Three Sisters”and “Saw Pit”.
Make a stop for a riverside deli-style lunch.
Paddle through more continuous Class II rapids.
Take out for the day and hike, go fishing or play camp games.
Eat a scrumptious guide prepared meal around a campfire.
Spend the night under the stars!
DAY 2 ITINERARY
Enjoy a hearty Cowboy style breakfast.
Start your day of 4-5 hours of splendid rafting! Stop for lunch on the way to keep you fueled!
Let the San Miguel River take you down at a rate of 40 feet per mile.
Take out and relax by the river or explore on a hike as your guides prepare another delicious dinner.

DAY 3 ITINERARY
Wake up to coffee and breakfast to fuel you up for your last day.
Enter Ponderosa Canyon with its wilderness camps and more defined rapids reaching Class III rapids at high water.
Enjoy a deli style lunch by the riverside.
Take a spin at surfing…Colorado style.
Take out and shuttle back!
4:00 PM
Arrive back to your car at approximately 4:00 PM.
